The Kinetic Sculpture Race in Baltimore is a unique and exciting event that combines art, engineering, and a whole lot of fun. It's a race like no other, where participants create their own human-powered works of art and then race them through the city streets, mud, sand, and water.
The water and mud events are particularly challenging for the sculptures, and therefore make some of my favorite photos.
